The existing experience lacks clear organization, making it difficult for users to determine what to read next or whether they’ve already listened to a book in a series.

80% of users found it difficult to understand which book was next,
40% abandoned the app after not finding relevant suggestions,
65% of participants didn't knew how far they were through the series, and how to get back to past books.
Enhancing the series listing experience
The updates focused on improving series discovery and navigation. Key features included a “Series” tab, a “Recommended series” section, and a search tab for easy series finding.
