The existing experience lacks clear organization, making it difficult for users to determine what to read next or whether they’ve already listened to a book in a series.

User pain points:

  • 80% of users found it difficult to understand which book was next,

  • 40% abandoned the app after not finding relevant suggestions,

  • 65% of participants didn't knew how far they were through the series, and how to get back to past books.
